Voting Management Feature

This feature is how MAEGIC plans to keep consensus on core files, content and data, users will be able to vote on actions to take for them. For example, let's say that multiple users find data that isn't supposed to be in the core data, they can then vote to remove it. The users trusted networks can see their votes and decide to vote to take action as well and if their network is centralized it will trigger the action that has been voted on once it gathers enough votes. If a network is not decentralized, then the decision to take action will fall on the trusted authories of the network. The votes will instantly void the core data on the users web sites so they don't have to wait for the vote to pass.
