Hosting Management Feature

Hosting management is for users that want to host web sites, it works with Internet Information Services, (IIS) and some other Microsoft Technologies to accomplish this. We have code ready to go that manages web site hosting but we're working on developing more advanced features that will make it easier to scale and decentralize networks.
