Core & User Apps Feature

This feature is where you can access core and user apps that are not available in the menus. The main idea for this feature is to allow developers to publish their apps here and also contribute to any existing app that runs on MAEGIC. We plan to write in an auditing system that calculates the percentage of code each developer contributes to an app and then distribute Power accordingly for the apps that require it to run. We would also like to designate a percentage of the Grace overflow pool to be distributed to developers, (the overflow pool is formed when MAEGIC, Ltd. recieves more donations than it needs to continue operations).
