Identity Management Feature

This feature is where users can manage their identity if they wish to use it to build up trust on the network, it's the "Identity" aspect of PoLICE protocol which MAEGIC runs on. When users with an identity add people that they know, this will result in greater chances of Power generation when both users running MAEGIC establish mutual trust in each other. MAEGIC does NOT send out notifications when users are added and/or trusted and will also never intentionally show any user if another user trusts them or not.
