Network Management Feature

This feature is where users will be able to manage their network, it is being developed to work with the assets feature as well so users can see an estimated value of all the hadware that runs their network. We currently have an app that manages some aspects already but it was written into the first version of MAEGIC which is being converted over to a new coding language, (Blazor/C#) since the old one has been depreciated.
